Gone Girl Dust Jacket

Gone Girl is a young adult mystery novel that has a major plot twist in the middle of the book. One of the design challenges was to design a dust jacket that hinted at the plot twist, but didn't give it away. For the solution I used the shoes as symbolism. They symbolize the personality of the main character Amy as well as the fact that she is missing.
